2. Data collected and purposes
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry and, if requested, discuss a possible project or quotation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or, for other correspondence, legitimate interests in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to a case-by-case assessment. Required fields are needed to respond.
While browsing, the hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, access time, device information and server requests to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is legitimate interests in site operation and security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Recipients and providers
The contact form uses Formspree. Correspondence may be delivered and handled through Google/Gmail email services, with Namecheap domain and forwarding infrastructure. The hosting provider processes technical data necessary to deliver and secure the website. Providers process data according to their respective roles, terms and safeguards.
4. International transfers
Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Please consult their privacy notices for information on applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards.
5. Retention
Contact form messages and emails are normally kept for no more than 12 months from the last contact, unless longer retention is necessary for a professional relationship, legal obligations or the protection of rights. This principle also applies to copies held by service providers, subject to their deletion features and retention policies. Technical browsing data follows the actual hosting provider’s retention periods.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable and object to processing by emailing info@silvarumstudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
7. Cookies and external resources
The website does not integrate advertising, profiling or analytics tools. It loads Google Fonts, which sends requests to Google servers, and includes links to external websites.
